Joshua Kemp the Director of the front office was outstanding. I recently stayed at this location due to another DoubleTree location being booked to capacity. Upon leaving I realized that I had left personal belongings behind. The staff worked to keep those items secure for me and worked with me until I was able to make it back into the area. There was an issue locating the items but Joshua took time calling back and forth with his team to locate them. Joshua also provided me with his information for future visits since our corporate employees often stay at the DoubleTree hotels in the area. As a customer service/sales manager and trainer, I appreciate and value the attention to detail, follow up and courtesy that was extended to me today. It is difficult to find quality customer service representatives - my interaction today was fantastic and quite honestly made my day. I will definitely recommend Joshua and his team to my friends, family and peers. He is an asset to the DoubleTree brand. Thank you!

I have an amazing stay! Everyone there was so kind and generous while helping have a great stay. I’m a team member with Hilton and I can honestly say this is one of the best Hilton’s I’ve been to so far. The gentleman working this morning helped me so much and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience.

The staff are nice and helpful, the room is clean and nice, and overall the hotel is convenient. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the AC unit was very loud so it was hard to sleep. Regardless, the staff was very nice and responsive when we needed something. Had a good time.

It's a pretty nice hotel. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. The pool was fun. Got a pretty good night sleep. There is no refrigerator in the room or microwave, but there is a free breakfast. Pretty good for the price we paid. The staff were very friendly too.

The woman overnight was helpful, the warm cookies she gave me was good. I wish the room had a refrigerator. I think they should fix the toilet handle, you have to push down really hard for it flush. They should have continental breakfast; other than that, the stay has been good. My family put us up in a room for a few days and it has been fine.
